This Privacy Policy is issued by Systems For Business LLC ("we", "our" or "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered address at 312 W 2nd St, Unit A2299, Casper, WY 82601, USA. We are the data controller for the personal information described here. You can contact us at admin@systemsforbusiness.xyz. This policy explains what personal information we collect through systemsforbusiness.ai, scalechecklist.com and the checkout pages, member areas and communities we operate, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. By using our websites, services or products you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name and website, the answers you give on application, contact and intake forms, messages you send us, and testimonials or content you choose to submit. Payment information: payments are processed by third-party payment processors (currently Stripe and SamCart). They collect your card details directly; we never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email, billing country, the last four digits of your card, the amount and what you bought. Information collected automatically: your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit and how long you spend on them, the site that referred you, and interactions with our emails and ads. This is collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies described in section 6. Information from our platforms: activity inside our member communities and email platform, such as which lessons you open, which live sessions you attend and which emails you read, so we can support you and improve the products.

- To deliver what you bought: create your access, send your login and delivery emails, run live sessions and provide support. - To process payments, send receipts and invoices, manage subscriptions and payment plans, and recover failed payments. - To respond to enquiries and applications, and to hold sales conversations you have asked for. - To send you marketing emails about our products and content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. - To measure and improve our websites, funnels, products and advertising, including attributing purchases to the ads and pages that led to them. - To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and chargebacks, and to comply with legal obligations. - To display testimonials you have given us permission to use.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (delivering what you bought and responding to your requests); our legitimate interests (running, securing and improving our business and marketing to existing customers, balanced against your rights); your consent (marketing emails where consent is required, and non-essential cookies); and compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting records).

We share personal information only as needed to run the business: - Service providers who process data on our behalf: payment processing (Stripe, SamCart), email (beehiiv, Google Workspace), online communities and courses (Circle), forms and databases (Supabase), automation (Zapier), scheduling, video hosting (Vimeo, YouTube), testimonial display (Testimonial.to), website hosting (Framer) and analytics. - Advertising and analytics platforms (Meta, Google) that receive event data through cookies and pixels as described in section 6. - Professional advisers such as accountants, lawyers and insurers, under confidentiality. - Authorities, courts or regulators where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public. - A buyer or successor if we sell or reorganise the business, under the same protections. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: to make the sites and checkouts work (essential), to understand how people use them (analytics), and to measure and improve our advertising (marketing). Marketing tools include the Meta Pixel and Conversions API and Google tags, which may match your activity to your Meta or Google account so we can show relevant ads and measure results. You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of interest-based ads through your Meta ad preferences and Google ad settings, and where our sites show a cookie banner you can decline non-essential cookies. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires it. Blocking cookies may affect how some pages work.

We are based in the United States and our service providers store data in the United States and other countries. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. For transfers from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland we rely on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, and we require our providers to protect your information to the standards described in this policy.

We keep customer and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the product and to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations, generally seven years from the last transaction. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Application and enquiry data that does not lead to a purchase is reviewed and deleted within 24 months.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, including encrypted connections, access controls and reputable hosted providers. Residents of other US states with privacy laws have similar rights. To exercise any right, email admin@systemsforbusiness.xyz from the address we hold for you. We will respond within the time the law requires and may ask you to verify your identity. If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

When you buy a product, claim a free resource or apply to work with us we may email you about related products and content. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional emails such as receipts, login details and delivery notices, which we send as part of the service.

Our products are for business owners. Our websites and services are not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is material we will also notify you by email where we have your address.
